One fine evening, when the clouds were thick and black, there was thunder and lightening, the water God Indra had decided to pour down and flood Bangalore as he too became aware that Shri had taken up a weight loss and fitness challenge at work. Shri, in consultation with his nutritionist, had decided to go the soup route for dinner. There began my experimentation with soups. I have always made soups but the soups were mostly creamy and rich. There was a challenge to make soups that fit into the fitness regime as well as suited the taste buds. Most of the below listed soups are diet soups and will work well into the fitness regime.
