Uddina Bele Chutney (Urad Dal/Urda Bele)
you will need:
Uddina Bele - 2 Tbsp
Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
Tomato - 1 (a little raw will taste good)
Red Chilli - 3-4
Curry leaves - 10-12
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt
Method:
Fry Uddina Bele, Red Chilli and Curry leaves. Grind it with the rest of ingredients to a not so fine paste. The Chutney is ready to be served.
Instead of Tomato, try adding 1/4 size lemon size tamarind. It will taste a different.
