Mango (Kukku) Rasayana
Rasayana (Mango/ Banana/ Melon)
Kukku Rasayana/Bale Parand Rasayana/Ibbudla Rasayana
You will need:
Kukku (Mango) - 4 nos.
Kukku (Mango) - 4 nos.
Jaggery - 2 cups
Salt- 1 pinch
Coconut milk, you will need:
Grated Coconut - 1 nos
Cardamom - 4 nos
Coconut milk, you will need:
Grated Coconut - 1 nos
Cardamom - 4 nos
Water - 2 glasses
Method:
Coconut Milk: Refer to Grossary and the video
- Grate Coconut. Grind it along with a few cardamoms.
- Use a strainer and strain the milk out of it.
- Repeat the process. You should have atleast 4 glasses of Coconut milk
- Peel out the fruit. Squeeze out the Pulp
- Add Jaggery and a Pinch of Salt
- Add Coconut milk.
- Mix this along with the Mango-Jaggery pulp.
- Garnish with cut mango pieces
- Serve it cold
Serves about 6-8 people
