Veg Fried Rice

You will need:
Rice - 2 Cups (cooked very dryly)
Oil - 1 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Onion - 2 (sliced)
Green Chilli - 2 (sliced long)
Carrots - 1 (diced small) - par boiled
Beans - 20 (sliced long) - par boiled
Green peas - 1/4 cup - par boiled
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 3 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tsp (Optional)

Salt to taste


Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
Add Onion and fry till golden brown.
Add Ginger garlic paste and the green chilli and saute for about 2 mins.
Add the par boiled rice and saute further.
Add Soya, tomoto and the worcestershire sauce.
Add Vinegar and salt.
Saute for another 3 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and saute for another 3 minutes.
The Veg fried Rice is ready.


Serves about 6 people
Goes well with any Chinese gravy or just tomato sauce.
