Kukku (Mango) Bajji

You will need:
Mango (Raw) - 1 (boiled with salt and stored in salt water)
Curd - 1 Cup
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 slit
Seasoning with Curded green chilli
Salt

Smash Mango. Add hing, chopped green chilli, curd and salt. Add seasoning.

Boil water and add mango. Change water and add salt. Store it for about a month or so. Keep changing the salt water every 15 days. This mango can be used in kukku bajji.
