Rambha Pak (Banana)

This is one of the easiest to make and it takes very less time. I will add the serving size and the calories sometime later when I calculate it.

Kerala (Nendra) Banana - 1
Sugar - 3-4 tsp
Ghee – 4-5 tsp


Cut Banana into thick Slices. 1 big banana = 10-12 slices Heat a tawa and add ghee on it. Place the banana slices and let it fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove it and place it in a plate and sprinkle sugar on it. Wait until sugar melts to serve.
