Neer Dose Payasa

Neer Dose is one of the famous Mangalorean Cuisine. It is usually eaten with chicken curry. But what should we vegens do? So they started inventing few things to make it more interesting. 



Neer Dose - 8-10 no.
Jaggery - 300 gms
Coconut Milk - Taken out of 1 Coconut
Cashew - < 1/4 cup
Cardamom - 4-5 no.
Pinch of Salt

Make neer Dose, cut it into peices and keep aside. Boil Jagger and the cocnut milk that is squeezed out the third time. Add The pieces of neer dose. Bring it to a boil. Dress the Payasa with Cashew fried in ghee.
